I would have liked more time to discuss a condition which I was suddenly told I have. However I felt I was in expert hands.

It’s very difficult to get an appointment regardless of what time you phone up. I rang at 8am sharp and there was 24 people waiting.

Have more available appointments when I eventually get through to a receptionist

Had bloods taken by Toby no problems where the hospital were unable to locate vein. Also Dr Hughes extremely professional and informative.

I feel that privacy in the reception area could be improved.
